Aromas of cherries, blackberries and plums with notes of vanilla, mocha and oak. Medium bodied, bright red fruit, soft yet structured tannins with a lingering sweet oak finish. Tassajara Pinot Noir beautifully expresses our estate Monterey vineyards, with rich black cherry flavors and an earthy complexity. The smooth, silky texture and mild tannins make this wine very versatile with food.
